We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Welcome , you are only addressing fellow partners and not direct BdC Support team.


1. The order of the address will not matter to the postal system they will still read it in reverse, anyway. Yep thats actually a thing, same here in Ireland and uk.

2. there is a way to self update the location see guide : How-To - Fix My Property Location using Google Maps

3. once you have than all correct then message BdC Support to resend if after 2 weeks you get nothing ,to try an alternative method,
