Wrong town and wrong directtions: incompetent staff of Booking.com

Hi I just joined the site, my agriturism just opened to the public.

Yet I have a few problems I don't seem to be able to solve.

First of all contacting the staff seems very difficult: the phone number always keeps you waiting forever and there is no way to get in touch with a real person, there is only a computer voice asking you to please write a message. Only once I was able to get through and reach a person, but that person was located in France and could not help me.

So I wrote a message: the problem I was having is that my agriturism is listed as belonging to the town Cassinetta di Lugagnano, while in truth it belongs to the town of Abbiategrasso.

As a result the "confirmation code", the one coming from the Netherland, has been sent to Cassinetta di Lugagnano (wrong address) and I am sure it will never make it to my farm. And this is the first problem I am having. No one answered this issue so far.

The second problem is that people looking for agriturism in Abbiategrasso cannot see my place listed. I received an answer FROM THE STAFF of Booking.com, stating that my agriturism is placed correctly, because according to Google Maps it is closer TO THE TOWN CENTER of Cassinetta, rather then TO THE TOWN CENTER of Abbiategrasso, but that doesn't make any sense. All street signs pointing to my agriturismo depart from Abbiategrasso, not from Cassinetta, and the town is definitely closer. I DEMAND MY PLACE TO BE CORRECTLY DESCRIBED in Abbiategrasso and not in Cassinetta di Lugagnano!!

In the English description they have also stated that the closest airport is Linate, whereas it is Malpensa.

Hi! E Urgnani and welcome to the forum.
I had similar problems and after exchanging some messages, I send my coordinates and my address and pin spot were placed in the right place. Unfortunately you have to message booking.com for changes to be made...
