no house avaialble

i need to remove a listing posted in error. We cannot honor a booking that came in.. the guests will not even be able to find it... how can i remove this listing

Hi I have had a booking and have not received an email notification. I only just noticed it on the calendar. I am sure my email details are correct. Why was I not emailed? Thanks. Melanie
