My listing is showing as unavailable for all dates when search done by a guest but the extranet shows that the house is bookable. Why is this?

I don't have an "Inbox" Tab and can't contact support for help setting up.
I don't have the "Inbox" tab in my Extranet which from all I've read is the only way to have a hope of speaking to the Support team. I'm having lots of trouble trying to register properties or receive
