About verification of my accomodation

We started a B&B and receive lots of reservations via booking.com. But now booking.com closed my accomodation and don t pay me, i asked already 6 times for verification letter and upload a video of my accomodation but booking.com do not do anything. I really need my money and need reservations. Who can help me?

If you are not able to receive the letter with the code, our local support team can help you with alternative verification. Please send us a message via your extranet Inbox -> Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there, then click on See Contact Options -> select a relevant topic eg. Account -> select a relevant subtopic eg. Other -> then click see all contact options -> Message -> write your message.

Hello tonya, the problem is that nobody helps me at booking.com Netherlands. They see that the letter is end 5 times, in may and June but it never received. I als send 10 days ago a video upload . But nothing happens, nobody help me. They close my accomodation and don t pay me.please help me!

Thank you Tonya , I call every day, it takes me at least 30 min to speak with a Dutch collegue, sometimes they even don t call me back. They only tell me to wait for the verification letter, which was send n may and June a few times. They don t do more. I am desperate . I also send video upload because because don t send me the letter. Nobody helps me really . I do not know what to do

Do you receive regular post at your property? Could you please check if we have the correct property address and request a new letter with code from the Home page of your extranet account.
