Accessing booking.com from various locations

Hi there,

We're new to Booking.com and having a few teething problems.

1) can't seem to get the Pulse App, links and QR codes on the website don't seem to work and the Pulse App isn't coming up when I search the Google Play store

 

2) We can't seem to access the extranet from other locations apart from the laptop we use at home, which doesn't make any sense.  Why would that be?
