Accommodation not bookable for more than 1 month

It has been more than 1 month since I registered my new accommodation on booking.com and unfortunately my accommodation is still closed and not bookable on booking.com.
I wish I understood purple.
They put a message on my account booking.com: "verification of the pending location"
Why is it so long to check the location and open my accommodation to booking?
Please, can you help me?
