hello, just joined booking.com and Ineed help. I download pulse app and cant verify me device, when i press to verify with phone number there is no message from booking.com with 6 digit pin( the phone number is correct) when i press verify on extranet and try to receive phone call or mesaage again same problem, i cant receive please help

Keep in mind that in order for the system to send you the SMS or to call you need to have the country code in front of your registered number. If this is not the case and you still cannot received the message, please try to add another phone number for the pin verification.

Yes I have country code also, and I have problem receiving messages on another number also
I am also having this problem and my phone number is correct, after all it has been approved. Now I am trying to add bank details and SMS/Phone Calls don't seem to arrive. Booking.com is also not very keen in responding emails send to them in regards to this. How am I supposed to run my business if they are holding my money with NO good reason?
