adding address for the property

I can't receive the verification code from Booking.com due to missing out the condo unit number while listing the unit. Is it possible to amend the address or should I redo the listing all over again?

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to help.  You should email the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.  There shouldn't be a need to start again.
