Adding a new booking

Hey,

We have just joined booking.com.

We have a set up where guests can either book through booking.com or via email on our website.

If they book via email, how can I add theses bookings onto booking.com to avoid double bookings?

Is there a way I can add this into the booking.com calender or reservsations?

I believe not.
If you are only dealing with 2 or even a few supply lines of bookings it's very easy to control yourself.
Set up a spread sheet to keep tabs on things and adjust room allotment/ availability with the OTA(s) as necessary.
