additional accounts - how to manage

Hi All, please be gentle its my first time posting a question :-) I am looking forward to having some advice. 

I run my own listing on BdC for my B and B in Brittany France. 

I also have a company here that looks after other peoples gites / holiday rentals. I have not been nvloved before with the booking side of things, but now i have been asked to manage the listing of these on BdC. 

how do i add another listing without it interfering with my listing ? 

use a different email? clearly needs a different user name, 

can I add this and then the client add their bank account details for payments to them ? 

all advice gratefully received

The simple answer is if you own or operate all , then you can just  logon and scroll to bottom ,blue bar, and click Add Property.


The only time I can think of you might want to have separate accounts and email addresses is if these are for different owners.

I.e. dont group different listings for different owners together.

You might be best to discuss this also with BdC Support, explain the scenario fully, and they will advise which setup is more suitable.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
