Hello, could you help me, what else I need to finish registration for my apartment for guests? So I can open possibility to make reservations.

  • when you say finish registration , do you mean you do have Extranet access and just think its not open when in fact it likely is unless of course you have since closed rooms on dates  ?
  • if you meant can t finish the registration process, define the last part you got to, then phone support  via any of the numbers on the public list in #4 below

It shows that my Status ir slosed/ not bookable. And also "Thanks, your property is now set to automatically go live as soon as we complete our checks. Remember we'll email you once we set your property live".

It is already 2-3 weeks since I see this sentence, so maybe there are some info missing from my side?
