Barnsley - advice about conversion to Serviced Accommodation
Hello - jusyt joined the forum as have a BTL HMO in Barnsley that continues to struggle to fill-up (and with good reason due to COVID) but wondering if anyone has any success stories or advice about conversion to Serviced Accommodation? This would be instant as have two people o a contract so looking at converting part to SA and and maybe all of it in the future?

To clarify, I assume you are referring to accommodation that provides hotel-like amenities such as reception desk, room service and housekeeping?
I'd recommend setting up your competitive set in the Extranet. From here, you can look through the Ranking dashboard to get an idea of how you are performing against Serviced Accommodation types.
