Booking change request, not delivered to guest
Hi everybody
I'm quite new here in Booking.
A guest asked me to move her reservation dates. I sent her a change request which she hasn't received.
The change request button is now turned off.
What am I supposed to do?

When that is not an option you simply message or phone Partner Support to do it.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Thanks a lot. However, it tells me that they will reply within 2 days, which for my issue is an eternity.
Booking showed up by phone. Resolved.
