booking confirmation

I would like to request booking confirmation property 3181 591353

It has now been more than 6 weeks in total, with two mailings with no effect and a video confirmation request also without follow-up and still no confirmation of ownership. I have 22 apartments waiting... but this does not encourage Booking.com to go faster, nor to provide explanations. My N° 7815348

Cela fait maintenant plus de 6 semaines au total, avec deux renvoi de courrier postaux sans effet et une demande de confirmation par vidéo elle aussi sans suivi et toujours pas de confirmation de propriété. j'ai 22 appartements en attente... mais cela n'incite pas Booking.com à aller plus vite, ni à fournir des explications.
