Booking confirmations

As l work l need to be able to confirm a booking before it is made online.  Is there any way l can do this?  Also l would prefer bookings for a week, is there any way l can set this preference?

Booking.com works with instantaneous booking confirmation. This is our business model.

In regards to your question about the availability, you can decide which period you can open for Booking.com if this is a weekday or weekend etc. Please have a look at this article on how to work on our calendar.

Hi Marzena ,

Hope this msg finds you well!

Property id : 8394600

Property Name : Celebration Resorts & FarmVilla

Our property was suspended due to incorrect invoices raised and later on we recieved a msg from your Finance & Credit control team stating it was a mistake and suspension has been lifted 

They also mentioned we can make our property live by clicking Go live button on Hompage of booking.com extranet 

However, their is no button as such when we log in on the extranet .

Culd you please make our property live immediately or send us the link from where we can make it go live since we are loosing business 

We also msgd through our inbox and also spoke to your call center executive Aaliya but theirbhas been no response so far . Please assist urgently

Thanks Marzna.

I got the option to open property under drop down menu but on some dates our property still shows as not available , I think their are some restrictions could you please verify it your end and let us know the error or if you could please correct it at your end so that property is available for booking on all the dates

Thank you for your reply.

I see that your register is open with the restriction of minimum advance reservation 1 hour. I am not sure if this is the issue.

I would suggest calling our Partner Support to understand the issue better.
