Booking.com will not allow me to change room description on their platform!
Hello,
I need to change a room description from a family room to a double room but the hosting platform will not let me and I have an angry guest!
And I cannot contact anyone to change it...
Just contact them through the messaging service in extranet (or phone if you have a number listed there) and ask for the change you require along with your reason.
If you hit a brick wall, delete the room type and create a new one to replace it.
Thank you for your help - l managed to find an email and got a response, but l tried all day yesterday to find a telephone number or even a live chat facility - what happens if you are the host with an urgent problem?!!!
