Calendar doesn't open. Facing: Rate closed: Open at least one rate plan
Hello!
I have my calendar in sync with my Airbnb host account. Everything seems to be working fine, but some of the dates when gets available in the Airbnb, and I sync my calendar, the blocking changes from "Airbnb" to "Rate closed". I'm struggling trying to open up those dates, but I can't figure out what is going on.
It says: "rate closed: Open at least one rate plan", but how do I do that? I've already explored all available option, I don't see anyway to get those dates available...
Could anyone help, please?
Thanks!
Rate Plans on Extranet are located under the first menu - Rates & Availability.
Check the Calendar in List view too
I'm in the same boat - please help. All of my dates are 'Closed' on Booking.com despite me opening the relevant rate plans many many times. They appear as open on the Booking.com calendar for a little while and then revert to being closed again. I cant figure out what the problem is??
Can anyone please help?

How I can open a rate plan ? in August are closed. I don't know how to open

I am also trying the last hour to open all rooms on the calendar and no matter what I change and save it keeps telling me open at least one rate plan- I have done this in the bulk edit section for each room but it will still not open any dates on the calendar. Is this a fault or am I doing something wrong?
Under Rate & availability menu, do you really have at least one rate plan created , a min stay set and mapped to a room type?
Hi there - I finally resolved my issue and it was that I hadn't mapped the rooms across to Booking.Com on my own PMS. They had all been mapped previously but for some reason, with all the changes with Covid, the codes at some stage were removed from the mapping section. If you have your own PMS, that may be the issue.
Hope it helps.

Hi! I had the same issue. I have no idea what 'mapping the rooms' mean. So while I was trying to find out what that meant, I tried one last time and kept playing around with the 'Rate closed' day tab. I put in different prices and saved it, I clicked open and saved, then close and saved it, I added and deleted rooms and kept refreshing the browser. And just like that the day turned from red to green. I have no idea what actually worked but after about 10 minutes of playing around something worked.
Just been having the same issue (for months, with absolutely no helpful hints from the booking.com "help") and I think I cracked it. I believe it's to do with miscommunication between Pulse app and the website. To open the rooms again, I was able to open Pulse, go to the room and date in question, then under "Rates and Restrictions" there was a box next to Standard Rate that said Inactive. I ticked that box, it changed to active, then all of a sudden the website also opened up.
Not sure if this will work for everyone, but it's one possible solution!
Thanks Teri, this helped! Resolved the same problem with your description!
Thanks, Teri! I would never have thought of checking the Pulse app! It worked!
Hello, it is in fact a synchroniation problem of the calendar of Booking.com. It seems that rates can only be activated on the Booking Extranet App, not from the PC browser website.
To open a rate plan do the following:
