Calender sync not found



I had a calendar sync with Airbnb & VRBO. This sync seems to be gone and now I have a double booking. When I go to my calendars, there is simply no option anymore to sync my calendar.

I can't find any contact option to contact the support about this, so I hope I can get my answer here.

Hi Frederik 


You will always have a overbooking/double booking if you try to rely on iCAL sync.


It has never worked in the last 20 months. It also does not initiate sync, instantly when a change occurs.


Also ical sync will not appear if the inventory count in a room type is >1.


The only workable solution is 3rd party Channel managers.


nobeds, cloudbeds, evvivvo, etc




Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
