call center number in Germany

Hi there.

I bought a B&B in France listed on Booking.com. They have filled out a form transferring their account to me, but booking.com has not written to me. How do I find a phone number in Germany or France or anywhere to talk to someone about this issue? I have looked everywhere....thanks so much!
