Can you make a cancellation policy for both 60 and 30 day cancellations?

 Hello everyone – it's nice to be here.

I'm setting up a home rental and the owners would like:

• 100% refund for cancelations made at least 60 days before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancelations made between 60 and 30 days before check-in.
• 0% refund for cancelations made within 30 days of check-in.

I can't figure out how to make that happen on the extranet.

Would love some guidance from some of you more experienced folks.
