Cancel reservation on day of arrival

Hi

I've just signed up to Booking.com at 3pm this afternoon which was great. I then had a booking at 6pm for tonight. I'm not able to meet these people and the flat isn't ready. I've now changed my policy so that I need at least 1 nights notice. 

How do I cancel the booking? It says I need to contact customer services but there seems to be no number?
