Canceling a Reservation due to double booking
I'm new to booking.com and I was trying earlier to contact the Support but couldn't find any way to do that, so I hope you can help me with my issue.
I received a booking for my accommodation which I already have on another platform. Unfortunately my guest, who's is staying at the accommodation now, informed me today that he's going to stay longer, so I would have to cancel the reservation in booking.com and I don't know how?
Can anyone help me?
