cannot register after step 6 it freezes

i cannot register my resort i get 90% complete then i cant go any further than the step below

When i press continue it will not continue ., tried signing in and out . Been trying for like 12 hrs so frustrating

Good afternoon,

I have the same problem. It did not save my edit rooms and when step 6 arrives it does not continue. After adding the rooms again, it freezes at the invoice details tab.

Hello community, I also have the problem that I cannot complete the registration. At the beginning, the process was stuck when selecting without the channel manager. The next day I got one step further. Now I am stuck at the point of commission invoices. Each time I have to create all the room types again. Even if I only create 1 room, I can't get any further. And now I can't get any further. I really need a hint how to complete the registration.

I see! I'm sorry that so many of you are experiencing this issue. It seems like a bug and it was already reported to our internal teams. The team is working on solutions. 

 

I also contacted our product team who works on the registration flow for you. If I hear any other update which can be helpful to you I will share it here.

Hello everyone,

 

Same problem here. Stuck at 90%. I called booking.com more than 10 times, no one can help us so far. Only advice i get was to try to register with a brand new email adresse, then change the email to the property one after registration provess is complete. They say it works for some people. But didn't worked for me.

They keep saying they are working on a solution, but for me it already almost 2 weeks i'm try to complete registration and have no news from anyone to follow up.

 

PLEASE HELP US!!

Good morning Didem, 

Do you have an update on the bug to register a property? It still is not fixed and over a week has gone now. Can you please insist on a solution or give us other an other way to register? 

It blocks in the 4th final step...
