Cant complete registration (no email)

Hi all, hopeing someone can help. Iv been trying to complete my registration for 2 days. It asks me to click on the property, then asks for email, says to go to emails and click on link to finish but there is no email. i must have dont this 20 times over the last two days. Anyone know what i can do or how to contact booking.com in the uk?
