Cant reciv adress confirmation letter

My object is at the address Racic bb, 77000 Bihac, Bosna and Herzehovina and I have tried twice to get a confirmation letter but I have never received it. Maby because of the fact that Racic does not have house numbers and the mailman cannot find the address...
