Check-in process of a guest

If a guest check-in in property, how do we mark them as checked-in and then later check-out. What is the process if we forget to mark the guest as check-in?

There is no check-in/check-out process with BDC. The only attention you need to give the online status of the booking is when you have a no-show. You need to mark such bookings as no-show on the individual booking on Extranet, then you choose to either waive or charge the cancellation fee, in accordance with your policies on cancellations and payments.
