Cleaning fee

Hello everyone,

I have a bit of a strange situation here with the extra fee. I have set up the cleaning fee/stay. Some of the reservation includes cleaning fee some of them does not. 

How does it possible? We found the booking platform to be so complicated.

Hi George

 

If you have Policies > Additional Fees / Cleaning Fee Per Stay set, then it will be applied at checkout.

And viewable on search results when Guest hovers over the price for breakdown.

 

Go to your listing - Top right - click View My Listing, do a test search and then hover over a rate room, to see the break down and should see the cleaning fee**

 

** note by including cleaning fee in this way means you will never receive the cleaning fee in full, as it is added to the commissionable total.

 

I know that sucks but thats how it is.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
