close my different peroperty

Hello Dear 

I have booking account but i have 3 different types 

I wana close 2 different types 

please cancel 2 different properties ( Blue venice *** , Meitham ***) 

i need just property Id ( Blue venice ***)

how i can delete or you can delete for me

Hi 

If they are open bookable please close rooms first to prevent booking

1.  use the calendar bulk edit or pick open/close under the second availability menu.

 

2. Now contact BdC Partner support to delete,  under Inbox, booking.com messages,  then on page click to reveal on Contact Us.

If you are closing your property temporarily:

If you want to only temporarily take your listing off of Booking.com, we recommend that you simply close your availability for the time you require.

 

If you want to remove your property from Booking.com you can follow these steps:

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘Compose new message’.

4) Select the ‘Account’ topic.

5) Select the ‘Terminate contract’ subtopic, and complete the process by answering all questions.
