Closing my account

I am very frustrated with person booking and not showing up, and then I feel as if I have no help with my account, tried calling and I am not getting through, sent emails and no one responded or try to make contact with me. I also have an invoice for which I am billed and I could not accommodate the guest, and this was as a result of the isues I have with importing my calender. I also try to get information on how to pay and it's one of the hardest thing, as a new host I thought all this would be much smoother.
