In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Click on ‘See Contact Options’.

Thanks for the prompt reply, but i only want to delist 1 of my 2 properties. Is there a way to do it?
Hi Ashish Chandra,
If you are listing two 'properties' under the one listing (eg. 2 apartments at the same address), you can simply close the availability of this listing. Once all existing reservations are accommodated, you can delete the apartment under the Property tab > Room/Property details.
If you have 2 separate listings for both properties, you can request to terminate the contract of one of the listings so we can take the listing offline.
