Closure of account

I have 2 accounts..

One under Esaiga Suites 

Another one under kika. 

I have not been able to get sms codes when am signing in from the phone.

I have also not been able to access and update my property portfolio.

I have been receiving extremely rush bookings.

Also the rates being quoted by clients are not what I indicated on your site.

In brief I on't have access and control of my properties. 

I recently deleted my accounts but am still getting calls.

Kindly advise
