Hi, I would really appreciate some help please on how to 'confirm location' once the letter with the Unique code has been received.
I signed up with booking.com on 4th July, and have received my letter asking to input my unique code into the box marked 'Confirm my location' on my extranet homepage.
The box isn't there, and I've sent a number of messages through booking.com, but can't seem to progress any further.
Apparently this is the last stage of the registration process. Can anyone please help me so that I can make my property go live?
