confirm location

Hello, I am having problems with my publication, it is paused, I cannot receive reservations because I have not been able to confirm the location, I never received the letter with the code despite having requested it several times. Could you help me? thanks!

Hello!

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to you from Uruguay and in this country Booking does not have a contact telephone number. I have been trying to communicate with the Buenos Aires telephone but it is impossible, they have me waiting and they do not answer.

Is there another way to solve this problem?
