'confirm my location'
I have 11 apartments on Booking.com and each one has required a confirmation letter with the code 'your unique code' which arrived today so I went to add the code and it said error - so it does not work?

Sorry to hear about your registration problems, another Partner had similar issue.
Are you using a computer???
Maybe login through another browser...
If nothing works call your local BDC OFFICE for better support .

Yes I use a PC mostly - can't imagine why that would be an issue? I have tried to reach out to Booking.com but don't get replies? don't seem to have"customer/host service"?

Sometimes system doesnt work properly...try again after a couple of hours.
