Confirmation code did not reach us.


We have added to your system our villa  " Yalikavak 3+1 Duplex Private Pool Villa".

You sent a confirmation letter to our adress but we did not reach and take any letter from Booking.

We want to publish our villas in Bodrum in your platform. Could you give a support in order to publish ?

Reminder you cannot post action requests in Partner Hub and instead must directly contact BdC Partner Support.


Nothing will come of it or be done on your behalf.


Your Next Step : Simply message them to request an alternative method


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
