Confirming of the location of accommodation
Hello,
I have problems with the confirmation. Letter code is not possible as I do not receive the letter. Booking.com has entered the wrong address, all attempts by me to change it have been unsuccessful so far.
And: there has been no reply to the attempt with the video so far.
What can I do, does anyone have any ideas?
