Contact customer support for partners?

Hi. Except calling, how can I get in touch with partner support? I search on the site, it says "log into your extranet and write message" but I do that and nothing is there, I can only write my guests but nothing else? I want to have an explanation why I was charged 17% commission on my first reservation.
