COVID health passport for France

Can someone please advise are a small b&b in France with only 2 rooms , do we need to take health passport details and how do we go about doing this?

Hi Elizabeth

 

simply :

  1. Enable all relevent options in the Fine Print - COVID19 list under Property menu > View My Descriptions
     
  2. Prefix the top of your New reservation template a COVID 19 requirements section
    1. ask for either
      1. a copy of their vaccination stamped form from vaccination centre or doctor.
      2. a copy of their digital cert app screen shot
      3. a screen shot of the letter they got my post as their vax cert.
    2. they should send them within 12-24 hours of booking, else reservation will be voided.

 

simply be creative about it :)

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
