hi, I have just joined booking.com, and didnt manage to block out some dates booked on another site... and have had a booking for the same dates. I have offered them an alternative accommodation in a log cabin not a yurt, hoping that they will be happy with that. If not what do i do?
You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with changing a specific booking. Easiest would be to just leave the booking as is and block out the log cabin for the same dates, assuming same price. Or ask guest to cancel and then rebook on log cabin (you can say no fees to charge if applicable). If you get booking.com to do this they often charge a relocation fee, so easier if you can sort it yourself.
