delete listing

I want to ask to cancel the invoice for me because I've been charged by Booking.com for a property which it was closed. I tried all time to delete it but even now I don't know how to do it!

Please consider my request for canceling the invoice and also please delete two properties from my account.

I have only one property but wrongly I putted it three times. I have only this "SUNLIT ERISI’s NEW HOUSE. CITY CENTER". Please remove the two others.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
