Deleting an account and starting over
Hello,
We just opened our new listing named as "DM Suites Bosphorus". I think the system is not user friendly at all and we can't even manage to erase the first profile we created, to activate the new one. As a result, we want to erase the whole thing we created so far, and start a new profile as "DM Suite Bosphorus" in which there are 4 different apartments. It should have been very simple as it is on Airbnb. So please inform us how to do this, so that we can activate our account as soon as possible.

Under Extranet , top right Account, under that menu is Add New Property.
Also on many of these pages on the Extranet in the footer you will see similiar links.
The quickest way is either add the new property add the rooms as apartments under that one property.
Under the original listing, simply goto the Rates & Availability menu, to Open close rooms and set the mall to closed .
