Duplicate listing
Hi, I have just created an account to list my flat and received email from booking.com saying it is a duplicate listing. The flat was previously managed by a company for me and I have contacted them and asked to change the listing to my new account. I read that booking.com will be contacting me, however it has not happened yet.. is there a way to find out what is the status of changing the ownership of the listing and what I need to do to get it done. Thank you
