easier way of confirming location of company

Hi im new  to booking.

I have a group of apartments that i would like to rent.

But im having the problem that:

1. the 1st time i inserted the wrong address.(which i fixed later on.).

2. Its taking 15 days to get a letter. Its taking to long.

Aint there an easier way of confirming your location???
