Emergency : I need to cancel a booking

 I have got a problem.

A guest has made a booking for 1 people. She wrote to me to tell that finally, there will be 2 guests. 

She and her son. The room has a double bed ( no possibility of added bed ). She only paid for one people. She lied about her booking.

I asked her to call me by phone but she did not and still does not.

So, I want to cancel this booking but I don't know how to do. Please help me !

Don't cancel it, its not worth the grief, nor relocation invoice you will receive. 


Bite lip, and carry on as normal. 

You need to look at the bigger picture. 


Is the listing for a room only or whole property?


Did you actually setup as occupancy rate based?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
