Extranet and using booking.com as a company.

Hi,

Need help finding the details for businesses that are going to rent out several properties through booking.com. How does this work? How does booking invoice? From wich country? And such.

Also how do one log into the extranet? Do one need to already have an property listed at booking.com to be able to log in?
