Fraudulent activity

Greetings from my side! 
           I’ve got an invoice saying that I’ve to pay a commission for the previous month of November. But those guests who booked are from indonesia and they are just fraudulent people. They just make a booking but they didn’t even arrive at the property. We weren’t able to reach the quests also. Kindly take the necessary action.
