Guests rude behavior - they didnt come

We had reservation from china it was our first reservation and we didnt know that to do. now we have to pay % and i think some penalties,that can i do?

You have to pay commission only for realized reservations - that is, for guests who stayed and paid. If guest did not arrive, select their reservation and mark it as "No show" (within 48 hours). In that case, the dates in the calendar will be released and you will not pay commission.
