Hello, i am a new listing. I didn't know i should have marked my May 2021 bookings as 'No Show' since the guests did not show up. Now i have been invoiced for the commissions on those bookings. How do i notify Booking.com that the guests did not show up

Is there an email address i can send a message to explain the situation? or is there a phone number i can call to clarify the matter? Please help.

simply message them the references and note no shows and not prepaid.



Account related enquiries should not be posted here ,instead open a case by message Partner Support, then phone call to follow up after its logged.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
