hello, i have guest arriving at friday, but still dont have any bookings at my extranet. there was first time that i was registering my property for rent, is there could that i duplicated my property? to whom i should call to get help. IF already received a call from customers but so far i dont have any bookings on my booking page.

on extranet open reservation page, set the date range for the week to the next monday and does it appear?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
